Memory Street
A reproduction of Memory Street, a 1960s–1970s South Korean street, is located in the Korean National Folk Museum, where you can easily look into the life and culture of that era. Despite its unique characteristics, it’s not very popular to many people living in Korea, and accessibility is a problem. Therefore, this identity project’s objective was to promote this street and create a generational bond by using its features. The logo, graphical elements, and color were initially defined, and in that process the visual pattern was also designed. The promotional poster in particular was inspired by Memory Street’s original street signs and posters.
